Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email for your convenience.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in unused, original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, wrong items delivered, or manufacturing defects.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support with your order ID and details.

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product is in its original condition (unused and undamaged).

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer mishandling.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after inspection and approval.

Important Notes
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

For return/exchange requests, please provide images or videos of the item received to verify its condition.
