Refund Policy

At Siddhivinayak Fitness, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing and raw material costs, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness for both parties.

 

1. Order Cancellation and Full Refund

If you cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, you are eligible for a 100% full refund, no questions asked.

2. Cancellation After 2 Days of Order Placement

If an order is cancelled after 2 days from the date of placement, the refund will be adjusted as follows:

  • We will deduct the cost of raw materials already purchased for your order.

  • Any unused amount will be refunded to you.

The purchased raw materials will remain with Siddhivinayak Fitness and will not be shipped or refunded.

3. Refund After Product Manufacturing Has Begun

If the product has entered the manufacturing stage but painting has not started, a partial refund may be provided.

  • The refundable amount will depend on the expenses already incurred.

The exact refund will be subject to mutual discussion and agreement between both parties.

4. No Refund After Painting Has Started

Once the product has reached the painting stage, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
This is because the equipment becomes highly customized and ready for final delivery, making the product non-refundable.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment or as discussed.
